Refusing Applications from the Unemployed
Many of you may have seen job ads indicating that they were accepting applications from employed people only. This is a practice that infuriates me. Dr. John Sullivan has written a thoughtful article entitled “Refusing Applications from the Unemployed: Best Practice or Madness?” He explores both the pros and cons.
