Snowbird at 100 years old
Just returned from Florida. At almost 101 my mother is still a snow bird. This trip was to help her get settled in her condo in Lake Worth, Florida. I spent the week cooking and freezing meals for her to have while she is there and taking her to check in with her Florida doctors. The doctors are amazed at how well she is doing. I hope the Florida sunshine will continue to shine on her. At 101 she does need some help and we have been lucky to have the same woman for 4 years now. My mother loves her. I’ll be back in Florida again at Thanksgiving to see how she is doing and of course to cook some more!
